I was working in Zite a few nights ago, following a typical curation process for On My Radar, and I caught a simple article about News 360. I had used 360 about a year ago when it first came out but I wasn’t that impressed. It was a decent news reader but not easily configurable and no pathway for sharing artifacts in fluid ways.

Then I popped it open again on iPad wit last week’s updated version – WOW! – it was obvious; these folks had really stepped it up. The configuration agility and the smoothness of the user interface immediately catches you off guard. Within a few moments of use, I knew this was better than Zite and also had similar characteristics that help it learn about your content interests.

I like this app — a lot.
